Roxane Peyser is kiddoggo's founder & Chief Executive Dog (CED). She is Harpo's devoted mom. They live in Denver, Colorado and also spend lots of time in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Her favorite quote is based on a comedian's remark during a skit that, "Once you have a kid, the whole world's children become your own."

Roxane adapted that quote and adopted it as her ethos that is infused into kiddoggoTM:

Once you have a kiddoggo, all the dogs in the world become your own.

With that motivation, Roxane aims to contribute to the efforts of many in helping to promote the health & wellness of dogs and extend their lives.

She recently added another kiddoggo to her family who was abandoned on the side of a busy road. KITS is now a healthy one year old who embodies the spirit of her acronym-name: Kowgirl in the Sand.

Rachel Simon, kiddoggo's Chief Operating Dog, brings her expertise in strategic growth and brand amplification to every tail-wagging detail of the business. Known for her knack for building key relationships and her passion for creating products that enhance the lives of pets and their people, Rachel has a proven track record in guiding brands toward impactful success.

Her career spans various roles, including Chief of Staff, where she honed her skills in managing complex operations and aligning team efforts around a shared mission. Her experience, paired with her work in nonprofit spaces like Hire Heroes USA, has deepened Rachel’s dedication to purpose-driven work that truly makes a difference.

Currently based in sunny Santa Rosa Beach, FL, Rachel is a proud cat mom, though she adores pets of all kinds—whether furry, feathered, or scaled. Outside work, she enjoys cooking for friends and family and spending time outdoors at the beach. Her commitment to delivering high-quality, fun, and practical dog products ensures that kiddoggo always has a paw in the right direction!
